Shipping policy
As standard, all orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Any notices of extended process times or changes to this will be clearly stated at the top of our webpage on the top banner. If your order is urgent and needed prior to what is stated, please do contact us PRIOR to placing your order so that we can check if this would be feasible.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, once your order has been shipped we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail/selected courier services.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping: We offer £3.60 flat rate shipping within the UK via Royal Mail
Express Shipping: Upgrade your your order to priority with express 1st Class signed for/courier service £5.95
Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 via Royal Mail/Selected couriers
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Amazing Grace Custom Creations, 34 School Lane, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 6QD. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 3pm on Monday - Wednesday, 10am-5.30pm Thursdays and 10am-4pm Saturdays. We are closed Fridays and Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at agcc194@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept return requests up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping unless item is incorrect/faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at agcc194@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
